The course includes summaries of best practices, links to organizational and external support resources, and scenario-based assessments to help learners apply inclusive and supportive workplace practices and continue developing their interviewing skills over time.

The course outlines various activities such as video lessons on avoiding unlawful questions and scoring candidates objectively, flip cards for rephrasing inappropriate questions, quizzes to assess knowledge of compliant practices, and drop-down or accordion activities to practice neutral documentation and understanding rating criteria.

Interviewers can use structured scoring criteria and rating tools, document interview notes neutrally and objectively, and compare candidates using evidence-based practices. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process is also emphasized for fairness.
