A pegmatite mine located in the Nยฝ sec. 3, T. 6 S., R. 70 W. on the low divide between South Turkey and Deer Creeks. Follow U.S. Highway 285 southwestward from Morrison to the old Turkey Creek (Tiny Town) Road; then turn southeastward on South Deer Creek Canyon Road. Continue for 0.7 mi to where a private road turns off to the right (southwest) to the nearby mine.

Mneralization is a zoned, sinuos pegmatite body in diorite schist. Core zone: quartz-microcline; intermediate zone: quartz-albite-muscovite; wall zone: quartz-microcline-albite-biotite.

Workings include a large open cut and a shaft.
