Proton 11.0 Beta 2 Updates VKD3D-Proton

Following the release of Proton 11.0 Beta 1 from two weeks ago that updated against Wine 11.0, this heart to Valve's Steam Play is now out with a second beta release.

Proton 11.0 Beta 1 enabled many more Windows games to now run gracefully under Linux. Plus it addressed a variety of different game problems, updated numerous components that Proton / Steam Play depend on, and much more. Proton 11.0 Beta 2 out today is on the lighter side.

This second beta updates Xalia to address lock-ups that were happening with the EA App. It also fixes a Proton 11 regression causing low FPS during the intro cinematic for They Are Billions.

Plus the VKD3D-Proton implementation for Direct3D 12 over Vulkan has been updated against a newer Git state to include fixes for the Marvel's Avengers game.
