With software able to leverage AVX-512 such as Intel's OSPRay Studio, the performance is really quite nice out of this sub-$500 laptop compared to the more expensive options. This laptop I bought for $450 was able to easily outperform the Intel Lunar Lake and Meteor Lake laptops.
Embree is another real-world software example of AVX-512 benefits on AMD Zen 5 (and Zen 4) while current Intel laptops lack it.
