The Ryzen AI 5 340 was able to outperform all of the Intel laptops tested for SVT-AV1 4K video encoding with a high preset.
The Intel laptops were trailing behind the AMD Ryzen AI options in performance-per-Watt too.
Rather embarrassing that this $450 HP laptop was able to outperform the modern Intel Core Ultra laptops more than twice as expensive for video encoding.
The AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 was performing well in single-threaded workloads like audio encoding.
