With some of the Stress-NG micro-benchmarks we see behavior similar to some of the HPC workloads where Linux 6.1 was in very good shape relative to Linux 5.15 LTS and 6.6 LTS on this AMD EPYC 3rd Generation server. In any event though the latest Linux kernel code is looking to be in best shape overall.

Stress-NG shows some massive context switching improvements made over the past few years of Linux kernel enhancements.

Linux 6.16 and newer also boast much better SENDFILE performance.

Or even the kernel's poll performance has improved very nicely since Linux 6.12 LTS.

Linux 6.16+ are showing much improved pipe performance.

While the in-development Linux 6.17 kernel is looking very good in the scheduler department.
