Turing is a small upgrade over Pascal for power efficiency, but it's still a significant advantage over AMD's Vega and Polaris architectures... In most of the Linux gaming tests the performance-per-Watt of the current Radeon cards was just aligned with the GTX 900 Maxwell graphics cards.
Even in the Tesseract game where the AMD open-source driver competes very well, the performance-per-Watt on Vega still comes in short of the Pascal hardware.
