Rusticl vs. AMD ROCm Performance On Ryzen AI Max+ "Strix Halo"

With some of the SHOC OpenCL benchmarks the ROCm driver was able to provide a definite advantage over the Rusticl driver. Though at the same time it was pretty impressive how well Rusticl was running considering its generic across Gallium3D drivers and developed by just a few Mesa developers compared to the much better staffed ROCm team.
Rusticl was racking up an occasional win.
Some of the bus speed tests show Rusticl much slower currently than ROCm at least for the RDNA3.5 Radeon 8060S Graphics tested.
With Rusticl maturing well, it will be interesting to see how the performance also compares on other GPU drivers/vendors.
