AMD Ryzen 9 9900 Series Linux Performance Since Launch
The Intel Arrow Lake numbers had enjoyed big gains in web browser performance since launch. These gains were primarily from the Linux kernel enforcing better task placement between the P and E cores... AMD Ryzen 9000 series doesn't have this problem so there aren't the huge gains on the AMD Ryzen 9 9900 series side. When using the same Firefox version then and now, there were still some slight gains to find with these AMD Zen 5 processors on the up-to-date Ubuntu Linux installation.
Even with the big gains made by Intel since the Arrow Lake launch, for these Firefox browser tests it only made the Core Ultra 9 285K competitive with the Ryzen 9 9900 series.
