A First Look At Ubuntu 25.10 Performance On AMD Strix Halo / Framework Desktop

For most of the graphics benchmarks there wasn't too much movement from Ubuntu 25.04 to the current Ubuntu 25.10 state. Mesa 25.2 will hopefully still land in time for Ubuntu 25.10 for some additional uplift in some areas. Linux 6.17 also is still on the table.
When it comes to Vulkan ray-tracing is one area where there is still nice movement happening for the AMD RDNA 3.5 graphics.
For most of the graphics workloads, the current Ubuntu 25.10 development state was flat over Ubuntu 25.04. With Ubuntu 25.04 though is already nice out-of-the-box support for Strix Halo's powerful Radeon 8060S Graphics.
