Since the beginning of 2026, about 100,000 Ukrainian servicemen have applied for wellness payments through the Army+ mobile application, the press service of Ukraine's Defense Ministry said.

"The financial assistance for wellness is paid once a year in the amount of one monthly salary. A request for the payment can be submitted after the first month of service in the Army+ application. To do this, go to 'Services' → 'Reports' → 'New report' → 'Payments,'" the ministry said on its Telegram channel.

It was noted that servicemen can also apply for the payment when submitting a report for annual leave.

"Tick the box confirming that you have not yet received the wellness payment this year," the ministry said.
