The IT Arena conference, which was supposed to take place in Warsaw in May 2026, has been postponed to 2027, the project’s Facebook page reported.

"We are combining all the networking, inspiration and innovation planned for Warsaw into one flagship event in Lviv this fall (September 25-27)," the statement said.

According to it, purchased tickets will be refunded (minus system fees) within 120 days.

In January, the Lviv IT Cluster team announced it was officially leaving the organization due to disagreements with the supervisory board regarding the vision of its future, values and management approaches after the announcement of the suspension of Executive Director Veselovsky, and questions also arose regarding ownership of certain trademarks.

The supervisory board later announced reaching an agreement under which the assets and infrastructure of the Lviv IT Cluster, including the IT Arena trademark, remain the property of the Cluster.

The Lviv IT Cluster was created in 2008 on the initiative of SoftServe, Elleks and N-iX companies. The Cluster has projects such as: IT Club Loyalty, Legal Consulting, IT Research: Salary Report, Victory, IT Arena and IT Meets.

The supervisory board headed by Sviatoslav Kavetsky (N-iX) includes Orest Blazhyevsky (TDB), Oleh Denys (SoftServe), Natalia Kyrnychna (Sfox), Ihor Kostiv (GlobalLogic), Andriy Trofimov (Epam), Pavlo Moiseiev (Infopulse), Olena Kozlova (PLVision), Volodymyr Pavlishevsky (Avenga), Mykhailo Puzrakov (Intellias), Ruslan Serediuk (Eleks), Andriy Tabachyn (EdPro) and Ivan Babichuk (EduNav).
