A Revamped Minecraft Feeling Maybe something that could be toggled on or off depending on what's the users Preference Or just brighten up the yellow Colors a bit,
This is a rough concept design,
I Feal this will be opposed as of now because Forum:Update and replace CommentSprites with svg vector graphics

- While I do like the idea of having Minecraft-inspired visuals on the wiki, I don't think these will work as is. The new designs look good at the scale displayed on the forum, but these icons are usually smaller when displayed on screen and may appear to be grainier or blurrier than intended. Here's a comparison of how they would look if shrunk down to about the size they're normally displayed:
- Although, I'm not necessarily ready to give up on the idea just yet. If you made these images yourself and can edit them, I would suggest trying to match the colors to the current icons a little better, and if whatever software you used can create them as vector files, that would also be better. Oppose. It's not at all useful for interface elements to be pixelated, and it's likely to make them less readable. A key part of why the current lock icons are made the way they are (simple colors, letters, large distinct shapes) is accessibility. They must also scale to small size well. The more highlighted edges on both the body and the shackle of the revised locks add to informational noise. In particular, I doubt that the proposed yellow lock remains accessible, with lower contrast and less distinct lower bar on the letter F. For star icons, I think it might be worth looking into higher-contrast option, but I see no reason why they should be pixelated. AttemptToCallNil (talk) 16:20, 15 March 2025 (UTC)

Oppose I think in general this idea is nice, but it doesn't really fit the wiki skin and would make the icons harder to read. So I'd prefer keeping the current icons.
