A blast tower is a structure that fires high knockback projectiles at enemies in Minecraft Legends.

Knowledge was responsible for the construction of power towers during the Overworld's creation to assist the Hosts. He built blast towers in forests to act as lightning rods that would direct lightning bolts towards them, preventing forest fires. However, little did he know about the use of all the electricity trapped in these towers, until the Hero discovered one and the Hosts notice another tower electrically shocking three piglin runts who tried to attack the tower.

Spawning

[edit | edit source]

Campaign

Blast towers can be found naturally already built in meadow and forest biomes, though they won’t work or be able to be used until collected.

Building

[edit | edit source]

Campaign

Blast towers can be built for 125 stone, 100 redstone, and one blast tower core using a build allay. To obtain blast tower cores, a blast tower must be found within the overworld and 100 gold and 25 redstone must be spent upon interacting with it. To do this, the collect power towers improvement must have been previously built at an improvement hub.

Versus Mode

Blast towers can be built by players for 600 stone and 400 redstone using a build allay. To do this, the build power towers improvement must have been previously built at an improvement hub.

Usage

[edit | edit source]

Blast towers attack nearby enemies by firing electrically charged projectiles that knock enemies back on impact, sending them flying. The projectiles also deal significant damage within the blast radius. It cannot be affected by other structures except a carpenter hut.
