Rooted Together is a Marketplace map developed by Everbloom Games, designed to raise awareness for mangrove swamp preservation.[1]
Flora will tell the player all about mangrove forests and why they need to be saved. Then, the player will be prompted to use the Seed Cannon to plant a tree. The player will be explained about the Carbon Observer which detects carbon dioxide, which can be used to see clouds of carbon dioxide. Then, the player will be taught about harvesting seeds to refill the Seed Cannon. The player can now freely plant trees.
Every 10% of carbon dioxide cleared, a radio message will be sent about facts about mangrove forests.
Every time the player gets near an animal, it is unlocked and the player will receive a book about the animal.
Restore a mangrove forest! Using your new seed-scatter-cannon you can plant mangrove trees instantly! The more you plant, the lower the CO2 levels will be. Gradually, you'll start to see wildlife coming back and the mangrove return to its former glory! Explore the wonders of mangroves while learning about the key role they play in the environment.
