I'm suggesting to change the tooltips (specifically for Legacy Console Edition) to the official ones used in the game. I found it strange that it didn't use the original and didn't understand that it meant Xbox 360.

Currently, the all of them are borrowed from https://opengameart.org/content/free-keyboard-and-controllers-prompts-pack but they're fan-made. Instead, we can take them from https://mcpedl.com/controller-tooltip-selector/ which uses official artwork of the icons and is easy to obtain.

I think there should be documentation here on the additional controls that you can use by pressing usually f3 and another button, like B to show hitboxes or N to enter spectator mode

I agree it can be overwhelming. In my opinion, pick block in particular is notable enough as a gameplay feature to have its own dedicated article. --Capopanzo (talk | contribs) 14:29, 3 March 2026 (UTC)

I think the page could use a bit of reorganization. Maybe the sections should be named after gameplay features rather than configurable/non-configurable controls, and it could be split off based on the editions. Outrowed (talk) 15:19, 3 March 2026 (UTC)

I agree that the page might need some reworking, and probably split the legacy editions. I prefer to have as much information as possible merged but with the 3 control modes that's quite difficult. The biggest mess comes from the Java keyboard & mouse section, I think debug hotkeys should just be removed (they have their own page), and move non-configurable below configurable.
