Talk:The Garden Awakens (skin pack)

Skins that can be downloadable on the Internet should not be held exclusive to only Java Edition. This is because Bedrock Edition (on mobile and PC) have an in-built feature to insert custom skins. It does not 'go out of their way' as both editions require the same step to download and use. Unlike skins that are exclusive to Legacy Console Edition which could only be bought from the Xbox 360 Marketplace (or other shops for other consoles).

I feel like adding a exclusivity to skins is unnecessary and misleading as it makes the users believe that these skins only work for Java Edition when it isn't. 👁 Image

All skins for Java work on Bedrock, but only certain packs are made for Java. These skins were only made for Java players, you could use them on Bedrock if you want but not the pack itself. There are already a handful of Java packs anyway so this information isn’t exactly relevant, it should probably be on skin or skin packs. Realshow19 (talk) 14:53, 3 January 2025 (UTC)

These skins are not a skin pack. They are just skins released as rewards with character creator items. We shouldn’t document solely one part of community challenges. We don’t need to devote an entire page to two skins that aren’t actually skin packs. The page should be about the community challenge as a whole rather than just one part of it.Drour1234 (talk) 19:11, 6 July 2025 (UTC)

They're a bundle of skins released together, that's a skin pack by definition. The only difference is Java doesn't have a dedicated menu for DLC, but the pack still works identically to others. Realshow19 (talk) 19:14, 6 July 2025 (UTC)
