Block distribution chart don't working for lava?
[edit source]
Wanted to add this chart to lava page, tested it on my profile page before editing lava page and nothing showing. Am I doing something wrong? On https://meeples10.github.io/resource-distribution/1.20.4/overworld.json lava is counted.
I was wondering if the width/upper range of this could be changed so that the entire graph is visible since there is graph data beyond Y=256 up to Y=319 for this thing⦠-Bry10022 (Contribs) 20:55, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
Pretty please with the extra cheese update this to 1.21!! -~- Nerdyguy2000 talk edits 00:48, 18 August 2024 (UTC)
- MediaWiki uses 32-bit systems. Java Edition 1.20.4 is the last version to require a 32-bit operating system and Java 17-20. 2001:4456:C7E:1400:D0BF:B3D:510E:B64C 10:47, 31 August 2024 (UTC)
- Eh? I don't see how that stops it from being updated. -~- Nerdyguy2000 Talk Edits 14:55, 31 August 2024 (UTC)

- We can calculate distrubitions locally and export data and make mediawiki use only that exported data PukPukov (talk) 15:04, 31 August 2024 (UTC)

This is because lava and water are a fluid, not a Solid_block. This caused some other weird happenings but should be fixed in the latest update to the module: Module:Block distribution
I've also updated the lava and water pages to reflect this. Cowbird (talk) 21:50, 3 October 2024 (UTC)

I'd like to properly propose that this template only ever be used for blocks that generate naturally outside of structures. Currently, users are adding this template to page's such as lecturn, blocks that only generate naturally via structures. I believe the graphs existing on those pages is utterly useless. At best it is odd, at worst it is actively confusing because it is trying to display "lecturns generate in villages" in the form of a graph, which just does not work. - Harristic / Talk π Image

Support Yeah the graph does look silly and really useless for those since they're easily craftable. π Image

Please let this template support Bedrock Edition, so the distribution of some blocks can be shown.
