- I put the move template there, just because I don't have the motivation to replace all the redirects and interwikis after the move, so I couldn't be bothered to move the template myself. If someone wants to update all the redirects and interwikis, they can do the move.

Except for the dyes, every item and block in this template has a single catch-all article instead of different articles for each color. That means that currently, this navbox (which is pretty big on most devices) is linking to each article 17 times. It should probably be simplified to avoid appearing cluttered and to take up less space on the articles using it. GameCatastrophe (talk) 02:34, 4 September 2025 (UTC)

- @Mudscape formatted the navbox initially for the the asinine concept of 16-18 split pages for every dyed material (which I strongly oppose still). I suppose it makes more sense to reformat to match
{{Navbox wood}}, and so this navbox should look more like it. As such, I 👁 Image
Support the redesign. The only cavat and modification is that we should still flag edu blocks as such, as they aren't on Java.

- It would be good for a dedicated page called "List of dyed materials", but for the purposes of navigation at the bottom of pages, the navbox is already too big and consumes too much space if every link goes to the same page. All other navboxes have links going to individual different pages, which isn't true for this navbox. Delvin4519 (talk) 15:29, 28 September 2025 (UTC)

- The white-red-yellow-green-blue does look weird when zoomed out, but both
{{Navbox items}} and {{Navbox blocks}} templates use these multicolor sprites too, so this one should probably be made consistent. GameCatastrophe (talk) 00:04, 25 September 2025 (UTC)
- Here is my proposal. Instead of using multi-colored sprites I simply went for different colors for each entry. For blocks I went with the rainbow pattern (leaving out white, grays, black and brown), and I've moved the Education stuff to separate subcategories as they are non-standard gameplay and should be marked as such.
