Mac window tiling icons & keyboard shortcuts

Window tiling icons are shown in the menu that appears when you hold the pointer over the green button in the upper-left corner of a window. They’re also shown next to the menu items you see when you choose Window > Move & Resize (or Window > Full Screen Tile) from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
