This is the iTunes Store. On iTunes you can buy music, movies, TV shows, and much more. The app is also part of the App Store. If you delete this app, the App Store will no longer be available on the device and cannot be restored. The iPhone will then be unusable. The app disappeared on iOS 11 for unknown reasons.
