This is a screensaver that prevents screen burn-in. This can occur on OLED displays and create a permanent ghost image if a static image is displayed for hours every day. Unfortunately, the screensaver cannot display over channel logos. For example, if you watch a lot of CNN daily, the screensaver cannot overlay the logo, as this could cause permanent ghosting on your expensive OLED TV. While it might be fun for kids, it actually serves to protect your television.
