This app is an application. Upon opening, it initially appears to have no UI. You can only use Writing Tools on a device with Apple Intelligence. The only way to open the app is to go to the Notes app and tap the Apple Intelligence icon with the stylus. However, this only works on an iPhone 15 Pro or later running iOS 18.2 or later. So, while the writing tools are available, the app itself cannot be opened.
