The Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 was delivering slightly better performance for AV1 video encoding with the premiere SVT-AV1 software, but then really blew it out of the park when it came to power efficiency.
The power efficiency was very impressive and really pushed it out a lot further from Meteor Lake, leaving me quite curious where Lunar Lake will come in...
In other video encoders too the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 was performing very strong and delivering a huge leap in power efficiency.
For creators doing a lot of work from their laptops, the Ryzen AI 300 series is looking particularly compelling.
