While there is the Radeon 8050S/8050S Graphics with Strix Halo and the Ryzen AI NPU too, if just looking at the CPU-based AI inferencing performance it's even impressive on its own. With AVX-512 and up to 16 cores / 32 threads, Ryzen AI Max was running well with Llama.cpp from the HP ZBook Ultra G1a laptop.

The performance-per-Watt was better with the Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 395 besides the raw performance too, but the Ryzen AI Max PRO 390 was just behind it.

Similarly, in PyTorch and other CPU-based AI software was a great showing for the performance potential of AMD's Strix Halo.
