For many user-space, CPU-bound workloads like Blender there wasn't any meaningful performance benefit from the different kernels tested on CachyOS.
Similarly, for many of the graphics benchmarks there wasn't much of a difference.
In code compilation workloads it came down to the hardened kernel having slower build times due to the additional security hardening.
