Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite Linux Performance Improving But Short Of AMD Ryzen & Intel Core Ultra

In addition to some big wins in the multi-threaded workloads, with this latest system firmware and Ubuntu X1E Concept ISO on Linux 6.17 I also wasn't experiencing the random resets/shutdowns that I was experiencing back in May. When under demanding workloads too long the laptop would sometimes power off or reboot, seemingly due to thermal/power limitations but with the newest software/firmware this was no longer happening.

Curious if the impact was due to the new system firmware and/or the upgraded Ubuntu X1E Concept ISO, I did happen to have the new X1E ISO applied before Windows 11 automatically rolled down the new system firmware... So I was fortunately able to compare some benchmarks on the prior v1.19 BIOS/firmware compared to the newer Acer v1.24 firmware that was sent down when booting Windows 11 after dealing with the Ubuntu Linux woes.

The system firmware update for the Acer Swift 14 AI was what helped out the performance at least in part for the demanding multi-threaded workloads. Some significant gains from simply updating to the newest firmware and keeping the same Ubuntu X1E installation. It's too bad the Qualcomm Snapdragon X laptop vendors haven't gotten onboard with LVFS/Fwupd but again all the devices to date have been catering to Windows 11 on ARM.
