For NVIDIA CUDA workloads like Open Image Denoise, the performance of the NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell was nearly identical under both operating systems. The CPU performance with Open Image Denoise was also similar.

With Llama.cpp for Vulkan-based AI the performance was similar between Windows and Linux for the most part. For the BLAS-based CPU performance there were some wins for Windows 11 but overall the NVIDIA Vulkan performance was quite even.
