On March 31, 2026, the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine issued a certificate of series IU123260317543, certifying the compliance of the completed construction and readiness for operation of the last building (No. 5) of the Teremky residential complex (Kyiv, 15, Akademika Zabolotnoho Street), reported the press service of the project developer Intergal-Bud.

The Teremky residential complex is a luxury residential complex located near Holosiyivsky Forest, Park of the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy, and Feofaniya. It comprises five buildings with a total of 1,848 apartments. The newly commissioned 25-story building has 216 apartments, a total floor area of ​​15,151.6 square meters, a total of 11,775 square meters of apartment floor area, and a total of 634.4 square meters of built-in and attached spaces.

This building is the fifth project commissioned by Intergal-Bud since the beginning of 2026. From January to March, the following buildings received certificates of completion: the MillTown business center in Lviv, building No. 6 of the River City residential complex in Zhytomyr, and buildings No. 10 and No. 11 of the Ozerny Hai Hatne residential complex in the village of Hatne.

The construction company Intergal-Bud has been operating in the residential real estate market since 2003. Its portfolio includes 107 residential projects. In 2025, the company commissioned over 194,617 square meters of space and launched new projects totaling 163,000 square meters.
