Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Defense Forces have repelled Russian occupiers near the village of Berezove in Synelnyky district of Dnipropetrovsk region, but retreated near the village of Fedorivka Druha in Bakhmut district and the village of Kleban-Byk in Kramatorsk district of Donetsk region, reports the OSINT DeepState project.

"The enemy advanced near Fedorivka Druha and Kleban-Byk. Ukrainian defense forces repelled the enemy near Berezove," the project's Telegram channel reported on Wednesday.

According to DeepState maps, the Russian-occupied area near Berezove has shrunk by 5.96 square kilometersβ€”the corresponding section has entered the penetration zone, which has expanded by the same amount. The opposite is true on the other two front lines: the occupiers have consolidated their positions within the penetration zone. In Kostiantynivka sector, near Kleban-Byk, the occupied area has increased by 8.48 square kilometers, and in Kramatorsk sector, near Fedorivka Druha, by 0.69 square kilometers.

There is no talk of the capture or liberation of the relevant settlements. Berezove and Kleban-Byk are shown as partially occupied, partially within the penetration zone, and Fedorivka Druha as completely within the penetration zone. However, the day before, Berezove was still completely occupied.

There were no changes in other areas.

Thus, over the past 24 hours alone, the occupied area increased by 3.21 square kilometers, while the penetration zone contracted by the same amount.

As reported, last week, the occupiers advanced an average of 4.9 square kilometers per day, while the penetration zone decreased by an average of 0.7 square kilometers per day.
