Zelenskyy on Rubio's statement about security guarantees: I showed only tip of iceberg
All signals throughout the negotiation process indicate that Ukraine may receive security guarantees from the United States only after Ukrainian forces withdraw from Donbas, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, adding that he had revealed "only the tip of the iceberg" regarding these issues.
"Most of the iceberg is not visible, but believe me, I have shown only a small part. I am speaking absolutely openlyβ¦ One may view this differently, but all the signals that have emerged throughout the negotiation process β and this is not only my analysis β suggest that we could receive security guarantees from the United States not before a ceasefire, not before the end of the war, but after our troops withdraw from Donbas," Zelenskyy said during a video call with journalists on Saturday.
