Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and U.S. President Donald Trump's representatives, Steven Witkoff and Jared Kushner, held talks and agreed to remain in constant contact "to strengthen the document on security guarantees between Ukraine and the United States."

"Good conversation with President Trump's representatives Steven Witkoff and Jared Kushner. Senator Lindsey Graham and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte were also on the call," Zelenskyy said on Telegram on Wednesday evening.

Zelenskyy thanked everyone for their work "to find the right solutions." He said "Ukraine values all of America's efforts aimed at achieving a dignified peace."

According to Zelenskyy, the sides "agreed that our teams will remain in constant contact in the coming days to strengthen the document on security guarantees between Ukraine and the United States. This is exactly what can pave the way to a reliable end to the war," he said.
