Pain Cycle is a melee enchantment that can be found within Minecraft Dungeons.

Any melee weapon enchanted with Pain Cycle causes the hero to lose 3% of max health after attacking, creating a stack, in which if it reaches 5, the stacks are channeled into the hero's next attack with the highest being +400% damage delivered per 5 stacks. The amount of stacks the hero has accumulated is shown as a status effect.

Pain Cycle is not stackable, meaning it will only ever appear in a single enchantment slot. This includes the gilded, unique, and regular enchantment slots.

Issues for Minecraft Dungeons relating to "Pain Cycle" are no longer maintained on the bug tracker since September 28, 2023.
