If you believe you have been wrongfully blocked, you may discuss the block on
your talk page, which you usually will still be able to edit.
The admin noticeboard is a way through which users can notify administrators of issues needing administrative attention. While users are welcome to directly contact specific administrators (especially if they are seen to be active), posting here can be an easier and quicker way of ensuring that at least one admin will notice an issue and respond to it promptly. Remember to sign (using four tildes: ~~~~) when posting an issue.
Alternatively, if you are a verified editor on the Minecraft Wiki Discord server, you may report wiki issues needing administrative attention in the #wiki-requests channel; this is usually faster than reporting issues on the admin noticeboard.
Before posting an issue here, please consider the following:
- This page is for reporting wiki issues. Please post any discussions on the community portal talk page or for in depth discussions on the forum.
- Post only issues that require administrative action, i.e. blocking vandals, protecting pages, restoring deleted pages etc.
- In case of vandalism, revert it first, since anyone can do so. If the vandal created a new page, tag it for speedy deletion. Always assume good faith and consider leaving a message on that user's talk page to explain the reason. Post here only if the user has made several disruptive edits and/or persists despite a warning. Always avoid a revert war with the vandal; it is far better to wait until an admin has a chance to intervene.
- Do not post deletion requests here; instead, the page should be tagged for deletion.
- Do not post issues regarding content disputes. Instead, try making a request for comment or post on the forum.
- Mediation requests between users should only be made once a resolution could not be reached between users.
- For account-related issues, requests, or Terms of Use violations, please contact the wiki host directly using this contact form.
- For issues regarding the use of this wiki, please see the help center.
- Abuse filters cannot be disabled for specific people. However, an admin may be able to perform the edit themselves for you. "New user" filters expire after you log in and make some edits around the wiki.
Before replying to any topics here, please note that the noticeboard's main purpose is to notify administrators of any issues they need to address, instead of a place of open discussion. Avoid entering into a argument here and only reply to a topic if you are sure that you have something to add.
Please post new topics at the bottom of the page by clicking the "add topic" button above, or using this input box:

bulk deletion of some pages created under the azerbaijani translation project
[edit source]Latest comment: 2 February6 comments2 people in discussion
there are some pages that need to be recreated. instead of tagging each of them with {{delete}}, i decided to provide the list here. my apologies if this wasn't the right way. here you go the list:
thanks in advance! əkrəm. 05:16, 1 February 2026 (UTC)
- Why do they need deleting if you're going to recreate them? - Harri / Talk 👁 Image
13:29, 1 February 2026 (UTC)
- a) to keep the history clean, the current state is that everything is all over the place; b) some pages aren't going to be recreated the same way. basically in order to have a fresh start :3 əkrəm. 14:18, 1 February 2026 (UTC)
- Why is it bad that the history says this page was originally created some months ago? Edit the pages and delete request the ones that you don't think you're going to be recreating for a long time. - Harri / Talk 👁 Image

- for a long time is the key here: MCW:AZE hasn't been very active for months, and it seems like it'll be a few months more before we start working again . if the pages remain, someone may want to come and work on/with them and they may end up with lost efforts & time, which is totally something that what we wouldn't want to happen. also, why is it bad to find the originally created some months ago in the deletion logs instead of the page history? :3 əkrəm. 08:37, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
- i also should note that deletion of some pages listed here isn't a must but rather it'd be better if it happened kinda thing, therefore if you don't see deleting them as necessary, that's okay, i won't insist much :3 əkrəm. 08:43, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
Requesting fix on Minerva diff screen
[edit source]Latest comment: 5 February4 comments2 people in discussion
I'm wondering if this issue can be fixed, please. There's now 2 undo buttons, and the new one causes usernames to overlap the rollback button. I haven't tapped it in that area so I'm am unsure if it actually performs the rollback, or just takes me to the userpage. TIA!

- I undid sandbox edits with the rollback button and made a point to tap where the username overlaps, and it still successfully did the rollback, which means this is not a top priority issue 👁 Image

- This is technically a different issue, but I feel like it's too similar to this to warrant a new topic. Since the update, the custom edit summary box for the rollback button overflows off screen, as seen here. I would appreciate if someone could fix this, though it's not a priority as for now I can just use the undo buttob 👁 Image

I don't really understand javascript but it seems that this code:
case'edit&undo=':
if(l.diff&&l.diff!='prev'&&savedOldid){
l.action+=l.diff+'&undoafter='+savedOldid;
}elseif(savedOldid){
l.action+=savedOldid;
}
will not add the "undoafter" search parameter when using "undo" directly from a page's history ('prev'). However, without the "undoafter" parameter, the undo doesn't do anything at all. Can this be fixed?
Also, the gadget contains some stuff that don't even do anything, like Email User. 👁 Image

- I don't know the rest but I know the reason you can't upload files is cause you are not a User. You are a temporary user which can't upload. 👁 Image

Hello. This template when marked for Xbox 360 Edition adds the page to that edition category. The Category:Xbox 360 Edition doesn't have a lot of pages on it. I did the linking and only two pages ended up linking to it. Therefore, I ask that the category parameter be removed for Xbox 360 Edition. It's clogging up Special:WantedCategories and the page Xbox 1st Birthday Cape Is messed up cause of it. (Sorry if this doesn't make sense. I'm a choppy writer sometimes) 👁 Image
Redstone Engineer (T/C/S/M) 13:27, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
- If there are pages for which putting {exclusive|Xbox 360} is valid, then the category should be recreated instead of removed from the template. Nixinova T ⁄ C 21:27, 28 May 2026 (UTC)

Requesting semi-protection for Straw Bed
[edit source]Latest comment: 15 June3 comments3 people in discussion
Over the past 4 days no less than six accounts have vandalized the Straw Bed page by marking it for speedy deletion for "misinformation" or "false information", requiring a total of nine reverts.
This has also been a problem on other pages related to Minecraft Live – May 2026 and Third Drop 2026, (including Dappled Forest, Red Shrub, and Wool Stairs) but Straw Bed has been affected especially bad.
For that reason, I'd like to request temporary autoconfirmed protection/semi-protection for the Straw Bed article, because it can get tiresome reverting the same vandalism over and over again. 👁 Image
FireDragons52 14:09, 15 June 2026 (UTC)
- Since it is mostly tagging for deletion maybe they can make it so new users can't tag pages for deletion or speedy deletion. 👁 Image

Mojira - Issue MC-4 ~2026-IceologerHoneyBlackstone14145 (talk) 00:32, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
- Fixed in "Future Version" (26.3 Snapshot 1 most likely), but the report is now resolved (again) so please do remove 👁 Image
Sightnado t | c 00:35, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
- It should probably be changed to MC-14 instead of removed since MC-14 would be the current oldest bug report still standing. 👁 Image

Please semi-protect Template:Set index as it's used commonly and also been excessively vandalized by 2 different temporary accounts (which may be sockpuppets but I'm not sure). ‑‑MinecraftExp123(talk|contribs) 03:56, 20 June 2026 (UTC)
Bug tracker links broken
[edit source]Latest comment: 22 June4 comments3 people in discussion
I just noticed the {{issue list}} template in the Food article generated this link: https://bugs.mojang.com/issues/?jql=project%20in%20%28MC%2C%20MCPE%29%20AND%20%28resolution%20is%20EMPTY%20OR%20resolution%20in%20%281%2C%202%2C%206%29%29%20AND%20%28summary%20~%20%22Food%22%29%20ORDER%20BY%20resolution%20DESC
- which is ignored by the bug tracker and reverts to just a general search result for "all" issues. I don't know how to fix this. Has something changed about the bug tracker API? ~Anachronist (talk) 06:06, 22 June 2026 (UTC)
- Yeah, it's not the actual Jira frontend, just something that resembles it, meaning the parameters don't work the same way now. The JQL search in addition has been broken for more than a year (IIRC) and the full JQL syntax isn't supported because it does some weird string manipulation to the JQL you provide. Dianliang233 (talk) 06:13, 22 June 2026 (UTC)
- Does the misode one support the jql? Nixinova T ⁄ C 06:36, 22 June 2026 (UTC)
- Its been known to be broken for a year or two now. We've given Mojang enough time to fix it and they haven't. So its time we switch over to alternative interfaces if they support the functionalities we make use of. Nixinova T ⁄ C 06:41, 22 June 2026 (UTC)
