A cookie is a biscuit made from wheat and cocoa beans.

In The Order of the Stone, Jesse and their group were relaxing in their shelter. Axel told everyone he had cookies and gave them out, but ran out before he could give one to Lukas. Lukas assured the group he was not starving, although he later said he was starving if Jesse kept him in the shelter. Jesse could choose to give their cookie to Lukas, keep it, or remain undecided. Reuben would give his cookie to Lukas if Jesse never made a choice.

In Assembly Required, if Jesse went to Redstonia and looked at Farmer Gloria's sugarcane, they would remark that many cookies can be made from all of it.

In A Portal to Mystery, DanTDM mentioned that he shared cookies with Cassie Rose after the reveal of the White Pumpkin's identity.

In Access Denied, if Lukas was unchipped from Harper's laboratory, he would lay out his items, including a cookie, after Jesse asked for useful items during the night in Crown Mesa.

In A Journey's End?, Lukas dropped a cookie upon being killed in a game of Spleef.

In Jailhouse Block, Anthony was seen eating cookies repeatedly. If Jesse became an associate, Anthony offered cocoa beans and directed them to Oxblood for wheat. After Jesse obtained the wheat, Terry noticed the ingredients and decided to attack them. Terry was subsequently apprehended by prison golems. Jesse then crafted a cookie for Radar, which satisfied his hunger. If Jesse instead chose to be a guest and asked Anthony about the cookies, Anthony denied their existence, claiming they were only wooden slab, and then left.
