A diving helmet is a rigid head equipment which allows the user to breath underwater. It was used by Jesse and several others when diving underwater in Doom Sea. The helmets they used are enchanted.
Jack obtained the helmets from the "Deep Dwellers of Han'bar Crevasse" and may have used them the first time he went to the Sea Temple. When he brings Jesse and Petra with him to an island, he digs them up from a chest in the sand where he had hid them. They use them to dive under the water and enter the temple.
The helmet grants the wearer the ability to breathe underwater, seemingly indefinitely. The helmet notably has a glint, alluding to some kind of enchantment such as respiration, albeit a much stronger type.
