The structure block (stylized as Structure Block in the subtitles) is a tool used to spawn structures.
The structure blocks were items of legend, left behind by the Admin after the world no longer had any worthy individuals. The Sea Temple and the structure blocks were intended for the next heroes who would emerge.
Later in Hero in Residence on the Sea Temple, Jesse and the others encounter two structure blocks. They are given a choice between the two, and after Jesse chooses one, the other mysteriously vanishes. After escaping the temple, they return home, where Jesse proudly shows the structure block to their citizens as a symbol of their victory.
During Giant Consequences, Jesse uses the structure block against the Admin, and to protect its citizens from its attacks. However, the block is eventually eaten by the Admin and disappears, never to be seen again.
As stated by Jack, legends say a structure block is a tool that could grow civilizations like seeds, create cities in the blink of an eye. It can summon structures when placed. Two structure blocks are known to exists and each contain a different structure, the "Tower of the Warrior" and the "Wall of the Builder".
