Mining an island in Bedrock Edition.

In Bedrock Edition, getting the standing banner item is possible using an inventory editor or add-ons. In the inventory, the name of it is just "Banner" and the inventory icon is the same as the normal banner item. When it is held, it will show the oak planks texture due to that being its particle texture. When it is placed down, it had a rotation of 0 and even if you have a different color of banner it will change to black when placed due to that being the default value.

The wall banner will use the wall banner model in the inventory and will just say tile.wall_banner.name due to not having a name. It will also default to a black banner when placed with rotation 0. Trying to place it down though will break the block, even if it is on ground.
