Memorizing the multiplication table for 9 can be made easier with a few tricks. Here are some techniques to help you remember the table of 13:
In this trick you write two separate tables of each digit present in the number. In this case we wrote two different table for 1 and 3, then we aligned the single digit numbers making them a two digit number. but the number which already had two digits before aligning, we simply add the tens digit with the number that has to be aligned, finally we have our table of 13.
In this trick, we only write the ones digit of table of 3 at unit place and at tens place we write table of 1 and skip a number after every third interval. When they are aligned they give us the table of 13. The image for the same is shown below:
