Our biome screenshots are inconsistent, some are regular screenshots, while some are isometric screenshots. File:Mangrove Swamp.png is an example of the former, and File:Cherry Grove.png is an example of the latter. I'd like to make these screenshots consistent by proposing that we do not use isometric screenshots for biomes, therefore replacing all of them with regular screenshots. I think consistency is important here because the two types of screenshots have a very different feel to me. Whatever option this proposal decides on will be noted in the style guide.
I've tried to write a longer reason for my regular screenshot preference, but I think I'll leave the more detailed discussion to the replies. I simply prefer the regular screenshots because they feel like a significantly more natural view, which I think is more important for a screenshot than something like a mob render, and because they are easier to create and maintain, as you don't need to download some isometric view mod for them.

Screenshots are easier. Screenshots allow one to indicate cloud height relative to biomes, which isometric renders can't do. We should still standardize biome screenshots since it is possible to use datapacks to manipulate temperature and humidity for standardized natural terrain. Support per @Harristic and @BabylonAS. Even after reading the guide on how to make an isometric render, I still don't know. I don't think that most of these mods are for mobile, and currently I don't have access to my account on anything but my phone. Besides, the renders look too consistent. (Don't worry, I'm not done yet). Consistent means probably unnatural, and the actual screenshots would be of the real, "natural" thing. I like the inconsistency, but only for what the landscape. If we're (read this a few times) consistently being inconsistent about whether or not to be consistent or inconsistent, that's not good. (Wow.
