Fred's house was Fred's home, being only accessible to champions of the trivia contest.
Fred's house is located in Fred's Keep.
According to Binta, his home is considered "sacred" and, therefore, entrance is locked to any visitors, except for the winner of the trivia contest, who is rewarded with a one-night stay at Fred's house; this is meant as an way to honor Fred and his legacy.
Most townspeople from Fred's Keep have never entered on its inside, and Binta mentions having entered only in special occasions.
In Below the Bedrock, Jesse arrived at the Keep to enter Fred's house and retrieve the "secret weapon" mentioned by Xara, but was shortly stopped by Binta. They could either win the trivia contest against Kent or quietly sneak in the house through an open window if they lost.
Upon navigating throughout the house, Jesse would find a button in the cabinet, leading to the secret room. Ultimately, Jesse did not find the secret weapon, but remarked to Binta that they had found some clues.
Fred's house is made of spruce planks, with its roof being made of spruce stairs and spruce planks. Inside the house is his personal bed, some furniture and a few books contained within bookshelves. Among the furniture is a furnace, which Jesse commented has not been used for a long time. It is decorated with posters, and has its illumination provided by sea lanterns.
A room accessed through a button in the cabinet. Inside the room is a map of the first world before it was bedrocked, and one of his journals.
