Festival of Frost was the Winter-themed seasonal event that was active from February 8, 2022, to February 22, 2022.[1] It included Seasonal Trials, added a new cosmetic reward, and brought back the three pieces of gear added in the Chills and Thrills event.[2][3]
Seasonal Trials returned during the period of the event. The trials, which occurred in Mainland missions, featured Creeping Winter mobs, players receiving frost-related enchantment modifiers, and mobs possessing the unique Invisibility modifier.
Creeping Winter themed floors were made prevelant in the Tower.
The map screen also featured progress indicators for the quests required to obtain the iceologer cape.
The following cosmetic item was added with Festival of Frost.
The following three pieces of gear were added with Chills and Thrills, but were made obtainable again during Festival of Frost. They were obtainable as end-of-mission rewards for completing Seasonal Trials during the event period. They can still be obtained as a reward from completing the Tower.
