National Securities and Stock Market Commission postpones submission of reports for 2025, Q1 2026 for asset management companies, mutual investment institutions, and non-state pension funds until June 2026
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission has decided to postpone the deadline for submitting annual financial statements for 2025, along with the auditor's report and statements for the first quarter of 2026, to June 1, 2026, for asset management companies (AMCs), mutual investment institutions (MIIs), non-state pension funds (NPFs), and NPF administrators.
"The decision was made in light of the martial law and is aimed at reducing the burden on capital market participants and ensuring the stability of their operations," the regulator said in a message posted on its website.
The Commission clarified that financial statements are submitted to the financial reporting collection center, and certificates of audit reports are submitted to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
