A pickaxe is a specialized tool used to mine resources, such as granite, coal, redstone, and diamonds.
Pickaxes consist primarily of a long, wooden handle, with a pick on the head made of various materials. On Earth, pickaxes have a curved head with one spike slightly larger than the other, with a rounded stick slightly peeking out of the top. In the Overworld, they are more cubic, with the head made of various voxels and the handle a squared cylinder.
A pickaxe is used across all known dimensions as a means to mine inorganic materials, typing stones. They are known to be made of various materials, but are primarily composed of iron in the Overworld and gold in the Nether. Earth pickaxes are typically used with two hands, but other worlds possess types that can be casually held and swung like a hammer. They can also be enchanted.
