A battleaxe is a type of weapon utilized by piglins, similar to an axe but intended primarily for combat.
Being a variation of an axe, a battleaxe possesses a similar concept and shape, being a curved blade on a long, wooden handle. Unlike typical axes, battleaxes are made for battle rather than chopping wood, possessing highly-curved blade edges.
In the add-on, battleaxes can be activated with the activate button. When activated, all mobs in front of the player are damaged and flung into the air, adding fall damage to the base damage.
Battleaxes were commonly used by piglins, including in scouting missions through the obsidian gateway and during the Great Darkening.
While in Steve's Secret Stash, Henry was shown how to use a crafting table. Among other inventions, he combined a battleaxe with a sword.
