A mushroom hat is an object which appears in A Minecraft Movie. It is made from an organic fungus consisting of a white stem and a red cap with white dots.

The mushroom hat resembles the cap of an amanita muscaria, with its distinctive red coloration and white spots. The cap itself is shaped in a curved cuboid shape, while the spots remain lifelike.

In A Minecraft Movie, Steve and Garrett use mushroom hats in the Woodland Mansion while distracting the illagers, while Henry searches for the Earth Crystal.

In A Minecraft Movie: Add-on, the hat is depicted crafted with three mushroom blocks, and emits spore particles. It otherwise has no functionality.
