A slime cube is a gelatinous cube efficient at bouncing.
Slime cubes are jiggly blocks of green slime.
The material is shown to be incredibly bouncy, being able to send people flying upon with the right mechanism, as well as operating similar to a trampoline in dire situations. Unlike its main-game counterpart, it has no sticky properties whatsoever.
Apparently, Steve once visited a swamp in the Overworld, killing multiple slimes and learning the existence of frogs, which he replicated the likeness of in a statue he built in his theme park. He used the slime to create slime blocks, probably similarly to iron blocks. He weaponized these in some booby traps in the Redstone Mountains. One of these would attack Garrett Garrison later.
Later, to flee the exploding bridge, he placed a block on the ground and bounced on it to reach the closest flying gondola.
