A potion of Slowness is a potion that provides Slowness when used.
In Bedrock Edition, the cauldron in a swamp hut has a 10% chance of containing a potion of Slowness.
Slowness reduces movement speed. Movement includes walking, sprinting, sneaking, crawling, and swimming. If the a player or mob is riding another mob, Slowness only reduces the speed of the ridden mob if that mob has the effect. The speed of the rider does not matter.
