At the end of 2025, the revenue of the Arenadata group, the leading Russian software developer in the data management and processing systems market, amounted to 8.75 billion rubles, an increase of 46% compared to 2024. Net profit increased by 52%, to 2,956 million rubles. The audited financial results under IFRS were announced by the company on March 26, 2026.
In the revenue structure, 64% came from licenses. Adjusted OIBDA amounted to RUB 3,156 million, an increase of 44%. Adjusted net profit (NIC) reached 2,822 million rubles, which is 26% higher than in 2024.
ArenadataMargin on OIBDAC and NIC management indicators was 32%. The company has negative net debt, which at the end of the reporting period amounted to 0.9x of the OIBDAC indicator. Among the product results: the release of ADB 7 Enterprise, the transfer of the kernel to the open source project Greengage, the restart of the Arenadata Hyperwave platform with Ozone (S3) and Trino services. Maxim Pustovoy stressed that technical support and consulting services demonstrate good growth, and the decrease in the share of technical support in the revenue structure is due to the fact that these services lag behind software sales.
In 2025, the company predicts an increase in the seasonality factor. If in 2024 the first quarter accounted for 8% of revenue, in the second quarter - 30%, in the III - 20%, and in the IV - 41%, then in the current year about 60% annual revenue is expected for the IV quarter.
At the end of 2024, Arenadat's revenue under IFRS increased 1.5 times to ₽6 billion, net profit amounted to ₽1,9 billion with an increase of 33%, and the normalized income indicator (NIC) reached ₽2,2 billion, an increase of 62%.[2]

At the end of February 2025, Arenadat Group announced the transfer of 5.65% of its stake (11,822,400 ordinary shares) in the company to one of the shareholders, who became the new owner of a software developer for management and data processing.
