2024: Inclusion in "Astra Group"
Astra Group continues to implement the M&A strategy launched several years ago and on June 7, 2024 announced the inclusion of Satori LLC, the developer of the data management platform, Productive Lake House, in its circuit. As a result of the transaction, the group acquired 80% of the shares, and 20% remained with the founders of Satori Konstantin Mogilevkin, Ilyas Mukhamadullin and Aydar Samerkhanov.
The Satori team is a resident of Kazan IT Park, Skolkovo and Astana Hub. Satori specialists have extensive experience in building complex B2B systems in telecom, banking and fintech.
The deal was a consistent continuation of the development of a strategically important area for Astra Group - working with data. By the time of merger with Satori, the vendor's portfolio already included an ecosystem: the platform of the ON Tantor same name and, DBMS as well as a high-performance database machine. Tantor XData Now, in addition to them, the company is ready to offer DLH - a popular tool with which you can effectively build a life cycle from data migration and storage to cataloging, analysis and deletion. As of June 2024, there are few Russian market solutions in the data management segment, and they do not cover the needs of customers. DLH is expected to significantly expand the portfolio for working with data under the Tantor brand and with related services will make up a full ecosystem software and services that can meet all the key needs of organizations.
